The Trattoria “Al Braciere” opened its doors in February 1995, after the careful restoration of an old farmhouse purchased by the Manfr\u00e8 Vittorio family a few years earlier. Now, as then, to welcome you in the dining room you will find dad Vittorio with his sons Damiano, Romina and Lorenzo, while the kitchen is taken care of by mum Graziella and her son Massimiliano, helped by trusted collaborators.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Meat, fire, tradition. During the passing of the year we will meet the alba truffle towards autumn, or the white asparagus in spring, up to the highly prized ovules in summer and autumn.
