Our land

Manfrè Family

The Trattoria “Al Braciere” opened its doors in February 1995, after the careful restoration of an old farmhouse purchased by the Manfrè Vittorio family a few years earlier. Now, as then, to welcome you in the dining room you will find dad Vittorio with his sons Damiano, Romina and Lorenzo, while the kitchen is taken care of by mum Graziella and her son Massimiliano, helped by trusted collaborators.

Raw material

Meat, fire, tradition. We are proud custodians of the knowledge that revolves around these three elements and we carry it forward every day, choosing only the raw materials that best reflect our philosophy, respecting the territory and seasonality.

During the passing of the year we will meet the alba truffle towards autumn, or the white asparagus in spring, up to the highly prized ovules in summer and autumn. Each season brings to the table the goodness of our territory and the excellences from all over Italy and beyond.

For this reason our menu changes daily, we update our dishes with the best first fruits in their moment of glory, when they are at their best and at their best.

Since 1995, we have honored the local tradition in the timeless atmosphere of a restored farmhouse.
